We are extremely sorry that our Weight Watchers group had to be
cancelled. Despite
our continued efforts, we were let down by the Weight Watchers
organization at the last
moment. However for our members who are keen to lose weight all is not
lost…..
Learn how to change your eating habits and lose weight. Daniela Lange is
from
Manchester, England. She has a BSc. (Hons.) in Nutrition and Dietetics
and for the past
17 years has specialized in helping people lose weight. Join our Diet,
Healthy Eating &
Living Group and Daniela will show us how to feel brighter, younger and
more energized.
Initially, we will run a two-month program every Wednesday from 28
January 2009
starting at 9.00am. The cost will be NIS 200 for four weeks. Anyone
interested should
sign up at the front desk. |

Beginners' Bridge Course
Bridge is a stimulating game and anyone can learn it. It also gives us
an opportunity to meet people in a social setting and gives content to
leisure hours. Our bridge teacher Helen Hirsch will be starting a new
beginners' bridge course on 7 January 2009. Lessons will be each
Wednesday from 10.30am to 12.30pm and the cost will be NIS
500 for a ten week course. Interested participants should sign up at the
box office.
